Sign the Protect Heritage Parks Petition from Home

Thank you for supporting the Protect Heritage Parks Initiative. If you're unable to sign the petition in person, you can print, sign, and mail your signature sheet from home.

Before you begin, please make sure you qualify. To sign this petition, you must be a registered voter (elector) who resides within the Chehalem Park & Recreation District (CPRD). If you're not sure whether your residence is located within the District, please visit our "Can I Sign It?" page or contact our volunteer team for assistance.

Instructions to Sign from Home

Step 1: Click the BUTTON BELOW to download the Protect Heritage Parks E-Signature Sheet.

Step 2: Review the full text of the initiative petition (Ballot Title Caption, Question, and Summary) included on the sheet before signing.

Step 3: Print the signature sheet on at least 20-pound, 8.5" × 11" uncoated white paper (or equivalent).

Step 4: Complete the signature sheet using blue or black ink. Please leave the Sheet Number blank.

Step 5: MAIL your completed signature sheet to:

IT MUST BE RETURNED BY MAIL OR DIRECTLY TO A CHIEF PETITIONER.

Please mail your completed signature sheet as soon as possible.

Because Oregon election deadlines are strict, returning your signed petition promptly helps ensure every valid signature can be counted.
